Keynote Speaker- Christopher B. Forrest, MD, PhD
We are excited to announce Christopher B. Forrest, MD, PhD, Professor of Pediatrics, Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia, as the morning keynote speaker. Dr. Forrest is a pediatrician and a health services and outcomes researcher. He leads several multi-institutional collaborations that are advancing our knowledge on how to improve children’s health and well-being. Dr. Forrest will speak about "PEDSnet: Advancing the Health of the Nation’s Children Through Multi-institutional Collaboration, Data Sharing, and Learning."
Keynote Speaker- Kevon Saber, CEO of GoCheck Kids
We enthusiastically welcome Kevon Saber, CEO of GoCheck Kids, as the afternoon keynote speaker. Mr. Saber was named in Silicon Valley Business Journal's "40 Under 40" list, and is a contributing writer for Forbes, Fast Company, and VentureBeat. He received his MBA from Stanford University. Mr. Saber will deliver a talk on "Delivering Digital Health Solutions to Pediatric Primary Care; Challenges and Opportunities."
Panel- "Last Mile" AI in Pediatrics
On the featured panel, "Last Mile AI in Pediatrics," panelists will discuss people and organizations that are bringing machine learning into clinical practice. Our panelists include Dennis Wall, MD; Veena Jones, MD; Nishith Khandwala, cofounder of Bunkerhill Health; and Judith Dexheimer, PhD.
Annual Pitch Competition
The annual UCSF-Stanford PDC Accelerator Pitch Competition is back again- inventors will pitch their innovative pediatric technologies to a panel of judges for a chance at seed funding.
