PPDC Sponsored Project Proposals There's Still Time To Apply!

The PPDC is now accepting White Paper Applications for the 2018-19 Round of its Sponsored Project Proposals! Up to $250,000 in awards are available for the commercialization of novel pediatric medical devices.  To be eligible to apply, please sign up for a free membership.  The application and instructions are available to members online at the PPDC website

White Paper Applications must be submitted by September 30, 2018.

Eligible technologies must be FDA-regulated medical devices with a pediatric indication (0-21 years of age).  Applicants will be required to submit a brief White Paper Application including non-confidential information such as a device summary, explanation of the unmet clinical need, and completed/future development work including business and regulatory planning.

Building on our successful partnerships with Drexel University and the University of Pennsylvania, the PPDC is pleased to announce a new partnership with the McGowan Institute for Regenerative Medicine and sciVelo at the University of Pittsburgh Innovation Institute.  The unification of the Pennsylvania biomedical ecosystem will expand the PPDC network of expertise for assisting pediatric devices.
