The Emory University School of Medicine designates this live activity for a maximum of 6.0 AMA PRA Category 1 Credits.  Physicians should claim only the credit commensurate with the extent of their participation in the activity. The Emory University School of Medicine is accredited by the ACCME to provide continuing medical education for physicians.  

This program is approved for 6.0 hours of continuing pharmacy education for pharmacists. In order to receive credit, participants must attend the full session, participate in the active learning, and complete the activity evaluation. No partial credit will be awarded. Follow the instructions provided at the presentation for full information on claiming your CE credit.

Participants will be prompted to complete a survey at the end of the conference to request CE credit.
