Mobile Health

Nobody likes visiting the hospital, but that’s often where we have to take our children to monitor their health or to deliver treatment. Georgia Tech’s Institute for People and Technology leads the development of sensors, devices, and systems used outside of the medical office – in clothes, cars, homes, and other environments in which kids live.

The Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta Pediatric Technology Center develops mobile health technologies that allow doctors to diagnose and monitor their pediatric patients in their own home or on the go.
